The yard add-on
Everyone who helps, on one record. It sits on top of Rider or Complete, and there is still no charge per horse.

The trial
A monthly plan starts with 14 days for R5, on Complete, so you try the whole thing.
Cancel inside them from your account, in two taps, and you are never charged again. The app counts the days down, so the first charge is never a surprise.
The year
One payment for twelve months, and it does not renew itself. We write to you before it ends and the app reminds you from six weeks out. If you do nothing it carries on month to month, so you are never locked in or locked out.
What you keep
Everything you log is yours. Stop paying and nothing is deleted: it waits, and comes back the moment you start again. The report puts the whole record on one page whenever you like.
Anything you bought outright, a Compass, a course or the book, is yours for good.

Questions
Can I change plans?
Yes, either way, whenever you like. Moving up takes effect straight away.
Can I cancel?
Yes, from your account, at any time. You keep what you have paid for until the end of the period, and nobody has to be telephoned.
What is a credit?
One credit is one thing you tell the assistant, spoken or typed. Rider includes 50 a month and Complete 150. The app shows how many are left and tells you before you run out. Need more, or on a gift or coupon year? Buy a pack of credits once; bought credits never expire.
I already bought a Compass.
It is yours permanently, and that never changes. A plan can only add to what you own.
Is there a charge per horse?
No. A yard with fourteen horses pays what a one-horse owner pays. If people help you run it, the yard add-on adds the people, never the horses.
Do my grooms need to pay?
No. With the yard add-on, the people you invite log into your record from their own phones on a free account. You choose who is a helper (no costs) and who is a manager.
